Want did I make at the.......

Wight Craft Crop Circle this month???
After a lack in making LO's this month, I really got stuck in yesterday and completed three SLO.
The first was for this weeks Challenge on UKS
Scrap something scrummy - 10 points
Well you can't get much more scrummy than new born puppies can you?
Use pink and black - 5 points
Some beautiful Noteworthy and PM pink papers
Use poetry - 5 points
An Adapted poem from here
Use hidden journalling - 5 points
on the scalloped paper behind the top photo
Use fabric - 5 points
Lace, ribbon and a Pink tag from a new hoodie
SO PRECIOUSI love the mix of buttons and Prima flowers I've also added a few sparkles here and there for some bling :)
My second LO of the day
LET SLEEPING DOGS LIE

I've used a real mix of papers here from Making Memories, Doodlebug & PM, with some Blackmagic CS.
I added ribbons to the journalling block so it looked like a rosette, used Thickers and PM alphas for the title and added a few buttons and a couple of Primas to finish.

After Lunch I completed this LO of all my dogs in their new wetsuits (ready for some winter swimming)

RED IS THE NEW BLACK

Another mix of brands here for the layered effect I have used papers from PM and Doodlebug adding some noteworthy paper, Red and Black CS from my scraps box. I used a K&Co tag and fabric covered brad, some PM ribbons and a piece of lace from my stash. I had run out of red Thickers so inked up some white ones for the RED and finished the title of with some doodlebug rub ons.

Pawprints on my Heart

My latest project has been this minibook. I really enjoyed making this and I am already thinking about what I can make my next minibook about.
I used a whole load of Thickers on this project and a mix of papers not sticking to any one brand. my gems, primas and ribbons were all used in abundance as normal.

I inked these thickers (although they took a good 10 hours to dry) to match the papers used.
Some new stamps used on this page

a K&Co fabric brad and some lovely Primas
My new Technique Tuesday stamps used to make the love flowers
another new journaling stamp

some basic grey rub-on's
The book has 30 pages to it. I have just chosen some of them to blog but I have tried to have a puppy/kitten photo and a recent photo of each of my babes. also I have used several of them together out on walks and in their new matching red umpers

Scrap your day finished October's pages

I had a FAB 25th this month. we had friends arrive for the weekend on Friday night, walking in the woods on the Saturday morning with the dogs, Cockers on the Beach and a Delicious Chinese take away for tea :) All the dogs had nice new coats for the beach party, but with Maggie being 7 weeks pregnant and Gracie (a hopeful) 4 weeks gone. I didn't feel happy having them on the beach for three hours, so they got to wear their new coat to the woods in the morning. Maggie christened hers in the first muddy puddle she could find. thank heavens they are meant for getting wet :)
my journalling for the day
in "fine hand" and "ladybug dings" fonts.
I had so many photos from the beach party it was hard to decide which ones to use but I managed to cut it down to a mere 6 ;) I used some doodled rub-ons to add paw prints and a weather cloud on my photos.

Still no sign of Jack and a pet mini book.

Well with my niece Lucie being in hospital over a week now and baby Jack still not arriving I think we all might be in for a long wait!!!!!! Lucie more than anyone. Still he's not due to arrive until the end of November, but has been threatening to arrive early for a couple of months now. the long the better I say!!!! Hang on in there Lill!!!
I was so pleased with how my Rainbow Bridge minibook turned out, I have started a Pets minibook for the babies we currently share our home with. It's going to be slightly larger than the last two I made as the pages are mainly 6x8" (with some 6x6" and some 6x4"). i had loads of lovely new stash arrive from a mixture of FAB crafting shops so am steadily working through all my new stuff for this book....... I really need to have another clear out and pass on some of my older papers that I'm not loving so much anymore......... just can't bear to part with so much good paper....... maybe I'll fall in love with it again sometime????
As well as stash arriving I have also had a lovely new ladybug purse, Handbag and some very pretty ladybug key fobs :) all these have made me very happy :)
Crafting has been on the back burner for a while and will have to stay there for a few more weeks (apart from the odd crop) I have two English exams to take next half term and ten i really must start reading up on my History ready for that exam in the new year....... serves me right for not listening in school and leaving with just the 1 GCSE!!!!

RU@Rainbow Bridge?

I started this at our crop on Sunday and finished it off on Monday night. I really pleased with how it has turned out although it's a lot thicker than i first planned.

I used a mixture of all my favorite papers and tons of embellies that i love
I used over 30 photos in all of all my beautiful babies that i have had the pleasure of sharing my life but have since left me for rainbow bridge. My beautiful Winston (Pooh Bear) this photo was taken when he was three and broke his leg while on holiday in Scotland.

Charlee Bear a stunning silver grey who we lost when he was just three years old.

My first dog.
Willie-Wigg

I so so pleased with this book and will stick with this 6x6 and 6x4 format for more minibooks as it works so well for me.

Missing my Craft table

Haven't had a chance to get to my craft table this week so I am really looking forward to our Crop on Sunday. I'm planning to make a memory book for all my lost furbabies, Trav keeps calling it my "Dead Dog Book" unfortunately that name is kinda sticking :S
Will post more once I've actually done some crafting.
