I had a major cake disaster this morning!!! I'm not sure if it was due to the fact that i was baking at 5am or that I had go against my better judgment and followed a new recipe that told me to fill my cake cases 3/4 full ( i normally go for the 2/3 look) Anywho! the lemon cupcakes became lemon cowpats and oozed out all over the pan and the bottom of my oven (major clean up due after work today). so I made a quick change of plans raided the baking cupboard for chocolate and cocktail sticks, made some frosting and recovered the disaster into CakePops!!!
These are coming into work with me this morning, this is just half the batch, the rest are chilling in the fridge. I'm going to coat in dark chocolate and drizzle them with white chocolate this afternoon.

I can almost taste the moist raspberry cake! Its no good as Im dieting but Ive thoroughly enjoyed drooling over my monitor at your beautiful bakes!
